We had entrusted Mr.J.Michael Ranjit Singh, owner of Golden Edifice Real Estate construction company for the construction of our Land as a Joint Venture project called ZION situated at Plot No.417 .V.G.P.Panneer Nagar , Mogappair East, Ch-37.
As is the case with any new construction, we also faced many challenges with regards to documentation, demonetization, municipality and corporation formalities. And to top all, the construction faced further hurdles posed by the pandemic, the deadly Coronavirus.Rolex Replica Watches
But despite all these difficulties, God paved a way and worked wonderfully through J.Michael who was with us throughout this journey. He was always available for any doubt, clarification that we required, helped us to understand things better and also accompanied us to places at times to get the best deal.
Needless to say, the quality of his construction is very good and strong. When the entire construction business and other developments came to almost a stand still due to the pandemic, he was still able to complete the project and hand it over to us by Nov 2020, and we started residing at our home by Jan 2021 with God's grace.
We thank him immensely for his support throughout and wish him the best for his future endeavours.

It was in the year 2011 that we were looking to purchase a nice modern flat in Mogappair. Having combed every nook and corner of Mogappair, we came across the Golden Westminster construction. At first we were a little puzzled but at the same time curious to know the details. We met Michael George at the site and he of course explained how it was going to be. We were taken to his office, where he showed the many constructions he had already done and also said how this is going to be special as it was going to be a duplex flat. He went on to explain how the interiors was going to be and the package he was going to offer by way of a crockery cabinet, air cons, a TV and a modular kitchen with a built in hot plate and chimney. The deal sounded interesting. Also he mentioned about the granite flooring and the special paint with a luster finish for the walls. So the house was ready with all the extra fittings that we also added and the flat was very modern, bright and beautiful. The 40ft road in front is the biggest asset to the building. We occupied in June 2012. Of course it took us a while to settle down as the road was being laid and also in a new place it takes time for anyone to get used to. Around the building there were palm trees which gave us cool air and greenery.
In no time little shops came up to our convenience and we felt quite comfortable living here. The lonely roads were lit up with huge bright lights and soon all the flats were occupied. Friends and family started visiting us and they were overjoyed at the neat, bright place which was our home finally. The next best thing that happened at the flat was for us to have been able to keep our pet dog Ceasar a Great Dane. He was quite comfortable sitting at the door step or sitting on his special sofa near the gate, watching the world go by. People called him the a€?New Gentlemana€? in that area. Walking around the playground and down the well laid roads was a daily routine for Ceasar. The Beat police are on their rounds at night and finally the safety in and around the flat. There is a police booth in the corner and sometimes you find some policemen on duty there so on the whole living at Golden Westminster has been a wonderful experience for us.
